 MATERIAL DESCRIPTION 

Brand tapes are fireproof, flexible tapes woven from Asbestos Yarn that will not unravel in service. Because of their excellent electrical & heat insulating properties &high tensile strength they open up a new horizon  of applications. the are used for insulating wires, coils, cables & other electric conductors.

Asbestos Webbing Tape woven metallic wire inserted tapes are widely used where high temperature and high tensile strength or Abrasive Condition are present.

 APPLICATION 

For Wrapping of Exhaust pipes for hot and cold Insulation, Electric Cables, For Lining Switch-Box and Fuse-Box, for carrying or conveying hot articles in Glass industries.

Asbestos Metallic and non-metallic wicking are extensively used in oil Lamps  and Heaters.
